Of Concerts,Govan and Smooshed Bunnies
So. I'm supposed to be at work in fifteen minutes, but I thought that I'd just give a superquick update so people will stop complaining about my lack of activity. Then I'll disappear for months again.
I've gon to see DBS, The Horrorpops, The Mad Caddies, The Atreyu and As I Lay Dying in the space of time since my last post. Out of all these shows DBS was by far the best. The crowd was so into it and the pit was just insane. Plus we got to talk to the band. It was rad.
Went to Moose Jaw for the weekend with Jill. It was interesting, and I'm proud to say that I didn't get lost once in Regina. Which says something because I'm just shit with directions and Jill is really no better (no offence hun...)
Still working ini the dingy shithole known as Family Pizza. Sad, I know.
Handed my first English assignment all year in last Monday, on time I may add. Pretty proud of that.
Josh got his own appartment, which is kinda small, totally unfurnished but I love it anyway.
I cut Jill's hair there, and it didn't lok half bad.
I got a poem of mine, The Road published in the Society out at St. Peter's. It was hard to go up and read it in front of all those people, but I did it anyway. So did Morgan and I must say that her reading was about 1000x better then mine.
My hair is an awkward shade of pink now, but I don't mind it.
I killed a bunny. I'm a bad person. Right outside of Govan on my way back from Moose Jaw. It looked just like the bunny in the Bio lab. I felt pretty bad, considering I laughed so hard after the 'bump' that there were tears running down my face. Almost got taken out by a pothole outside of Govan too. oI don't think that I like Govan very much. It's cursed.
School's almost done and I can't wait for it to end.
Got plans to be drunk for the enirety of May long weekend. Excluding Friday when I have to drive to Saskatoon. But when I come back, that's a different story. May actually go to wizards this Thursday. Not really my stile, but meh. Josh and I will have been dating for half a year on the 20th. He'll prolly be in Saskatoon with Dave, but I'll drink to it anyway. In fact I might just drink for both him and me, even though I can almost garuntee that he'll also be pissed.
My car has started to make a funny squeeking noise and a grinding one when I stop. Hmm.. i think it's time for Jack to go to the doctor's.
Umm... what else is new and exciting? I got my lip and eyebrow done. Turning 18 in a few months, then I'm gonna hook myself up to some surface piercings. That should be fun.
I'm going to be late for work, so I think I'll sign off now...
